Leadership

No one on this team grew up in a metro. No one came from a family that had it easy. Every person who built IV Life earned their place the hard way, city by city, relationship by relationship, year by year. They know exactly what they are doing.

Parmanand Agrawal

Managing Director

Twenty-five years in pharmaceuticals. From Korba, Chhattisgarh; a small town that taught him what it means to build something enormous from scratch. Founder and CEO of Medicine Center, supplying medicines, hospital equipment, and surgical items across 10+ states, with clients including Vedanta, Jindal, SECL, CSEB, and NTPC. Government supply chains, institutional networks, and hospital procurement at a scale that few in Central India have matched. He took that same ambition overseas, building business networks across China, Nepal and South East Asia. His leadership extends beyond business. Ex-President of the Lions Club. Executive Member of the Chhattisgarh Chamber of Commerce. Treasurer of the Korba Chamber of Commerce. Every year, he gives back, donating to old age homes and funding the education of tribal students in Kesalpur village. In 2026, Dainik Bhaskar honoured him with the Asia Award of Excellence. A man who built across states, borders, and decades. IV Life is his most important project yet.

Twenty years in pharmaceuticals. Founder of Zumanix Remedies Pvt Ltd and Vikash & Company. Co-founder of Pulse Care Pharma. One of Odisha's most respected pharmaceutical businessmen. Vikash has done it all. Manufacturing. Wholesale. Retail. Distribution. He has built businesses across every layer of the pharmaceutical supply chain and knows how each one works from the inside. At IV Life, he is the face of the company. End-to-end sales and distribution. The person who makes things happen, on the ground, across markets, without excuses. He knows every step of how a bottle moves from factory to patient. And he makes sure it gets there. If IV Life reaches you, it is because of Vikash.

Engineer. Former Deloitte analyst. Third-generation business family. Doctor's son. The thing about Utkarsh is the speed at which he learns. Hand him something new; technology, operations, branding, supply chain; and by the time you look up, he has mastered it. Jack of all trades is usually a warning. With Utkarsh, it is a superpower. MBA from IIM Shillong. CFA Level 1. The kind of person who walks into an unstructured room and quietly, methodically, turns it into a system. Rishabh does not rush. He observes, he organises, and then he builds something that actually holds. At IV Life, he oversees HR, logistics, and dispatch: two departments that look very different on paper but demand the same thing: patience, precision, and the ability to bring order to chaos. He brings both, every single day.
